History
Spedimar was founded in 1993 by the current director Martino Pezzotti with the aim to provide fast and personalized customs clearance services. Over the years the tenacity, the dedication and the reliability that the Spedimar team dedicates daily to the orders of the customers have made possible a constant growth. Nowadays, Spedimar has its own transport and storage network and it offers the customer a wide range of shipping, transport, customs clearance and logistics services.

After 28 years of intense history, Spedimar with dedication and passion continues offering its international transport services in Switzerland and worldwide. Our mission is to offer people the opportunity to move their goods wherever they want in a simple, safe and immediate way. We carry out all activities with professional integrity and honesty in order to keep loyal, correct and transparent relationships with our customers, partners and suppliers. Every day we set the goal of fulfilling the commitments made or entrusted to the people who collaborate with us, to whom we ask to respect the same standards.
Vision
Our vision is to leave a mark on our territory, by always actively participating in the creation of the added value in the tertiary sector. Our values combined with the attention to anticipating the needs dictated by the continuous evolution of the markets and the constant dialogue with the clientele will allow us to mark new paths.
Corporate Social Responsability (CSR)
Spedimar also aims to achieve non-profit goals in order to make improvements to the society and the environment. One of the company's priorities is to create a familiar and comfortable work environment, ensuring good and healthy working conditions: regular breaks, flexible working hours and much understanding for the different needs of employees. Furthermore, Spedimar guarantees a fair pay system, offering equal wages for both genders. Spedimar is also socially responsible towards external stakeholders. Mr. Pezzotti pays particular attention to the needs of customers, suppliers, partners and external collaborators, by establishing personal, close and long-term relationships with them in order to guarantee the highest quality of services. Furthermore, Spedimar acts proactively to support the community in which it operates: the company offers donations for social initiatives and it sponsors various cultural and sporting events, including village festivals, football and volleyball teams. Environmental protection is another element that the director has at heart. Spedimar has adopted environmentally friendly solutions, by using latest generation vehicles and offering its employees courses for ecological driving and efficient use of fuel.
AEO - Authorised Economic Operator
The term "Authorized Economic Operator" means an economic operator established in the territory of the European Union who, by voluntary choice, following a rigorous audit by customs (Federal Office of Customs and Border Security UDSC), has achieved an AEO authorization valid throughout the customs territory with which Switzerland has concluded a respective agreement (currently the EU, Norway, China, the United Kingdom, soon Japan, ...).
The AEO certification is issued to people deemed particularly reliable in terms of safety in the international supply chain. AEOs, because of mutual recognition of the AEO qualification, benefit from facilitations in the context of customs controls relevant to safety, as well as priority in shipments selected for controls.
Spedimar SaGL is proud to have obtained this important recognition which certifies our compliance with customs requirements, adequate safety standards and our healthy financial solvency. Finally, this certification demonstrates the quality, attention and professional competence that we offer in import and export customs operations.
